Uprise is a Zagreb-based fast-growing IT company dedicated to custom software development. The company has provided services for a range of industries including Energy & Renewables, Construction, and FinTech. In addition to development, we also offer design, extended reality and animation services. 

We are now looking to expand our team in accordance with our current business development agenda. 

JOB SUMMARY
Digital Marketing Specialist is a member of the Sales & Marketing Team, responsible for the execution of the annual digital marketing plan. Responsibilities include day-to-day posting and scheduling on social media, creating visual content, coordinating social media strategy, and reporting. Qualified applicants should exhibit excellent communication skills, great organization, versatility, and attention to detail. The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
•	Directly support company in B2B digital marketing 
•	Plan, write and deliver social media copy
•	Create and edit video content 
•	Coordinate online ad campaigns 
•	Generate regular reports 
•	Research social media trends & competitor activity   

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES: 
•	University student
•	Strong understanding and passion for social media. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok
•	Excellent command of the English language (written, verbal)
•	Experience with MS Office & Google Docs
•	
•	Ability to work independently 
•	Ability to meet deadlines 
•	Portfolio of previous work
•	Experience in photo & video editing 
•	Knowledge of Google & LinkedIn Analytics 
•	Familiarity with the IT industry
•	Very well organized, creative, enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
•	Good use of creative design packages, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent (not essential).
