Business Development Associate

Q Alliance is a software development company with years of international experience. We handpick our projects and work with customers in 18 countries around the globe. With offices in the US, UK, France and Scandinavia we’re a real global player. Our young and energetic team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Business Development Associate(s)

What will you do?
- Conduct research to identify new markets
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Provide after-sales support

Who are we looking for?

- Excellent command of English
- Sarcasm as a second language is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects
- Excellent research/stalking skills
- Ability to work under pressure (our leaders are heavy guys)
- Strong character, proactive approach
- Good time management and planning skills
