 About You - Do you have ZARIOT Superhero qualities?

-Ability to learn 
-Natural interest in technology, innovation and the intenet of things  
-Strong, written and verbal communication skills plus attention to detail. 
-Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of personalities and cultures 
-A team player with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, 
-Enjoys project management, motivated by targets and works to deadlines 
-Focused, reliable and ambitious with a drive to succeed  

 THE ROLE 
-Proactively identifying and executing business development opportunities with target clients and target segments, working closely with your manager 
-Proactively sourcing new business in your dedicated sector 
-Comfortable with high-activity call and email prospecting 
-The drive and confidence to cold call prospective new business, and resilience to handle rejection 
-Use of CRM platform Pipedrive or similar 
-Strong organisational skills – the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively 
-Data-driven and ability to constantly review and optimize sales processes. 
-Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills. 

First 30 days: 
-Learn about the Zariot IOT landscape 
-Learn & understand how the Zariot product solves the problems in the landscape
-Understand the different use cases that Zariot fixes
-Learn how to properly source and engage cold leads through outbound selling efforts 
-Start making contact with new accounts 

First 60 days: 
-Strengthen your product and industry knowledge through 1:1s 
-Start your business developer role 
-Understand how to recognize and uncover larger opportunities 
-Partner with Account Executives to build out account plans  
-Have a great understanding of ZARIOT's sales models
