We are looking to hire ONE (preferably) male person to become a customer success manager at our company “Pinnacle of Man” who speaks/writes perfect English.

Our company works with individuals to help them improve their dating life and overcome porn dependency. The way we do this is through online courses and coaching programs, where we have 600+ men going through the guided step-by-step process. All those men are in our Facebook group, and we want to give each of them individual help in the first 90 days of joining the program and have you be their friend and motivator along this journey by messaging with them every few days and helping them if they get stuck.

As a customer success manager you would be receiving the client once they join our training program, possibly jumping on a 10-minute phone call with them, you would be answering Facebook posts and helping clients with any problems they might encounter (cancellation of service, refund requests, etc.), and you would be their “friend” to motivate them along this journey if they ever get stuck and basically motivate them/force them to take action and get results.

YOU MUST have these skills
- Perfect English (spoken and written)
- You are naturally good at giving advice (based on the program and your own common sense)
- You can look beyond what people are telling you and find the REAL (root) cause of their problem
- Reliable and can manage many different recurring tasks throughout the week
- Perfect text communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Past experience in customer success (NOT just support) preferred in personal development company

We are very close to scale mode at our company, so there is a huge opportunity to grow into larger roles here as well. 

You will also work side by side with me as we scale up and grow our customer success department and be trained directly by me and my head manager. Our number one goal at Pinnacle of Man is customer experience making your training and education our top priority.
