Office and Reception Assistant (m/f)

At Nanobit we believe that spreading joy to the world is what we do best. And that is exactly what you will be doing on a bit of a lesser scale – spreading joy and happiness to Nanobit!   

The reception team is what we call the heart and soul of Nanobit. They are always down for a good talk, they unofficially know everything about everyone, and all in all, one heck of a team!    

As part of the reception team you will be that one person who keeps up the great vibe in the office by chit-chatting, DJing, and caring for your teammates.  

 

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR DAY?  

being your kindest and happiest self, since you will be the first friendly face anyone sees when they enter Nanobit  
using Slack (internal communication software, a.k.a. work WhatsApp) to keep everyone informed about office-related news  
keeping the office area clean and tidy when needed  
ordering fresh fruit and office supplies to ensure the wellbeing of our employees  
coordinating and organising appointments and meetings    
escorting candidates to their conference room and chit-chatting to help them keep calm and relaxed before the interview (clients too, but they won’t be as nervous - hopefully)   
being the point of contact and ensuring information is forwarded to the right person when needed 


YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:  

are available to work in the morning hours (check: what will make you stand out section) 
can express yourself in English, both spoken and written (our communication is bilingual since we have several foreign employees) 
have previous experience in Microsoft Excel (we know, nobody LOVES working in Excel)  
have amazing people skills that will help you communicate with different types of people  
are flexible, responsible, and aware of your teammates' needs and wants   
understand the importance of confidentiality
