*Location: Sail Croatia Office, Split (Hrvojeva 6, 21000 Split, Croatia)

Program:
Day 1 | Operations, Customer Care and Presentation Skills
Day 2 | Health & Safety Procedures, Rules and Regulations, Risk Assessment
Day 3 | First Aid Training delivered by the Croatian Mountain Rescue Medical Team
– Petar Miskovic, M.D. Specialist of anesthesiology, reanimatology and intensive care medicine

You will also participate in an outdoor activity which will provide an insight into our excursions, helping you to further understand our brand and products.


Methodology:
The training focusses heavily on colleague participation in various workshops, presentations, discussions and field trips
