Customer support specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- providing customer support through all major channels such as: live chat, phone, email or social media - there is no telesales 
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
- excellent knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Polish / Dutch / Swedish / Czech / French 
- excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- great computer skills
- flexibility and open-minded perspective
